SCHNAPPS

Good schnapps has a bright, but not luscious fresh aroma. In "Villamur Schnapps"’s production, natural juices and extracts of fruit and berries are used. Very high requirements are raised thus to alcohol. Our schnappses are produced on the basis of the high-quality rectified ethyl alcohol "Lux".

Data on strength of original schnapps varies from 20 to 40 degrees. "Villamur Schnaps"’s strength makes 20 degrees, the most traditional variant.

Schnapps is an alcoholic beverage, which, as the saying runs, is non-committal. Unlike vodka, one should drink schnapps slowly a little at a time, savour to try and enjoy remarkable aftertaste. One might drink schnapps during meal, after meal, as an aperitif or with a dessert. It tempts the appetite perfectly, and promotes digestion after a good feast.
